In response to the prevalent issue that most Chinese communities fall short of the Integrated Community standards, this study takes Pengjiaqiao Sub-district in Nanchang as a case study. Based on the conceptual framework and construction criteria of Integrated Communities, an evaluation index system was established. Using spatial analysis methods, including ArcGIS network analysis, kernel density estimation, and inverse distance weighting, the study assesses the community's infrastructure coverage, service accessibility, and functional completeness. Results indicate significant gaps between the current conditions in Pengjiaqiao Sub-district and the required standards. In response to these findings and in consideration of residents' needs, the study proposes targeted optimisation strategies from spatial and resource allocation perspectives, providing an empirical basis for promoting Integrated Community development.
